If you don’t love your vacuum, send it back within 60 days of receiving it. Keep receipt for warranty purposes. Product must be returned in brand new resalable condition with the original packing and container, which includes all manuals and materials. Returned shipping costs of merchandise are at your own expense. Step 1: Call Support at  888 908-3056 to get return claim started. The support team will provide you with ship to details and give you a confirmation. Step 2: Send back the unit in the original packaging  a signature on delivery is required for shipping for proof of receipt of delivery.  If unit is a manufacturer minor warranty issue we recommend the customer call our support line at 888 908-3056 to find the nearest manufacturer warranty center. Refunds typically take between 20-30 business days from date of receiving the returned product,

Missing Items / Damaged Product

At Imperial Home Appliances, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive an order with missing items or with damaged products, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive all the products you ordered in a timely manner.

To report a missing item or a damaged product, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. We will need your order number, a description of the missing item or the damage, and a photo, if possible.

We will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and to your complete satisfaction. If a replacement product is needed, we will arrange for shipment of the replacement item as soon as possible.

If you receive a damaged product, please keep the original packaging and all materials, as they are required  for the return or replacement process. All returns must be sent “signature required” for proof of receipt of delivery. The provided return form must then be emailed back to the support team instructions. 

Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. We understand that sometimes plans change, but once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you have received a shipping confirmation email, it means that your order is on its way and cannot be canceled.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. All items must be sent back for inspection before a new replacement item can be sent. Upon receipt of the returned item, our technicians will test and evaluate it to determine if it is defective. If your item is defective and unused in the original packaging, we will send you a replacement. If the item has been used, it will be covered under the product warranty and a replacement will be shipped to you. (You will only be charged shipping and/or parts replacement if the problem is deemed user error.)
