Free Shipping

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders with a base total exceeding $35. This will automatically be calculated when you complete your order with Imperial Home Appliances. Note that this only applies to standard ground delivery and orders that do not exceed certain size and weight limitations. If your order exceeds the carrier’s size or weight limitations, any related surcharges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Missing Items / Damaged Product

At Imperial Home Appliances, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive an order with missing items or with damaged products, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive all the products you ordered in a timely manner.
To report a missing item or a damaged product, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. We will need your order number, a description of the missing item or the damage, and a photo, if possible.
We will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and to your complete satisfaction. If a replacement product is needed, we will arrange for shipment of the replacement item as soon as possible.
If you receive a damaged product, please keep the original packaging and all materials, as they may be needed for the return or replacement process. All returns must be insured and a signature is required for proof of receipt of delivery.
Please note that if you receive a missing item or a damaged product, you will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item or receiving a replacement product.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. All items must be sent back for inspection before a new replacement item can be sent. Upon receipt of the returned item, our technicians will test and evaluate it to determine if it is defective. If your item is defective and unused in the original packaging, we will send you a replacement. If the item has been used, it will be covered under the product warranty and a replacement will be shipped to you.
The product must be returned in brand new, resalable condition with the original packing and container, which includes all manuals and materials. The cost of returning the merchandise is at your own expense and all returns must be insured with a signature required for proof of receipt of delivery.

Undeliverable Address

In the event that a package is returned to us marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will credit back the full purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. If the package is returned with postage due, this cost will also be deducted from the refund. To ensure prompt delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Refused Shipments

At Imperial Home Appliances, we understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to refuse a shipment. If you do need to refuse a shipment, please make sure to do so promptly and in the same condition as it was delivered to you. All refused shipments will be credited back, less the shipping charges incurred to send the shipment to you and a refusal fee of $9.95 per box. It is important to carefully inspect the package before accepting it, as the refusal fee will apply even if the shipment is found to be damaged or defective. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, please contact us before refusing it.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. We understand that sometimes plans change, but once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you have received a shipping confirmation email, it means that your order is on its way and cannot be canceled.
