Maintenance Tips
This convenient canister vacuum cleaner is easy to operate and doesn’t require extensive maintenance. Simply replace the bag when the indicator light is red. You’ll also need to replace a HiFlow HEPA filter and secondary filter.
If the power cord struggles to wind or unwind, don’t try to put the cord out forcefully. Instead, try gently pushing the cord back in, then pulling out.
Never use a bag or filter that isn’t designed for the Simplicity Jill canister vacuum. Using an improper bag or improper maintenance could terminate your warranty.
Changing Bags and Filters
Changing a vacuum bag is simple and easy with Jill. Wait until you feel a decrease in suction, or until the red indicator light is on. Simply pull the bag holder out, remove the used bag and use the holder latch to install a new bag. Both filters pull straight out as well, and should be replaced frequently.
